Grape Variety 100% Tempranillo Wine Tasting The 24 months that this wine spends in the best French and American medium and lightly-charred oak barrels, and its subsequent storage for three long years in bottles, makes it an authentically pampered red wine. This, together with the old Tempranillos from which it is made ensure it has great breadth and complexity. It has a very intense cardinal-red colour with violet tones, and is sharp and bright, with very ripe black fruit and aromas of hardwoods well to the fore. With its magnificent persistence it maintains a broad structure in the mouth and a potent body that makes a stylish, silky and enduring passage through the mouth. Food Pairing Perfect with barbecued meats, hearty stews and cured cheeses. 15% ABV / 750ml / Contain Sulphites

A cloudy gold-orange beer with a bright white head. It has the aroma of salt and the pulp of previously squeezed citrus fruits including lemon and grapefruit. The saltiness hits you, but not heavily, just slightly before the softly sweet malt and fruitiness. There's a very mild tartness to it - ever so slight - which could be coming just from the yeast; and a clean salinity. A very mild bitterness helps to balance it, and it's a rather nice progression with salt followed by lemon, golden malty sweetness, and then more salt and a ghost of lemon in the lingering finish. Ahhh Valencia. What a better summation of its aromas than this? The sea, the fruit, the underlying funkiness... 'tis Valencia in a glass.
