One bottle of Aurora Amontillado (50cl) bottled from the third criadera of The Conde Aldama solera in Bodegas Los Angeles (Barrio Alto) in Sanlucar de Barrameda. The average age in criadera of this sherry is 15 to 20 years.
Montanegra Iberico Ham (100g) - Widely recognised as the best Spanish ham due to the diet of grass and acorns that the black Iberian pigs are fed on which results in a tender, deep red and delicious ham, rich and nutty in flavour.
Fuet Sausage (180g) differs from chorizo, in that it contains no smokey Pimenton de La Vera paprika. This product is typical of the gastronomy of Catalonia. It is similar to the salami-type sausage known as salchichon, although it is smaller in diameter.
Boquerones (120g) freshly caught in the Cantabrico Sea and filleted by hand, these anchovies are marinated in extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar. The vinegar immediately pickles them, sealing in their fresh taste. Olive oil is added to introduce a smooth, silky flavour. They are not salty and have a much milder taste than traditional anchovies.
La Tradicion Manchego Semi-Cured Cheese (300g) Cured for three months to obtain a really creamy cheese with notes of toasted pistachios. Please remove cheese from packaging at least 20 minutes in advance, so that the cheese comes up to room temperature and that way releases all the aromas and flavours properly.
