Our Wild Tiger Prawns offer a juicy, meaty texture and distinctly sweet taste. Especially renowned for their quality, these superior prawns work perfectly in any method of cooking but they are best when served simply grilled with sea salt and lemon or added to a traditional Spanish paella. With a firm texture and superior quality, Wild Tiger Prawns are a solid choice. HOW MANY PRAWNS DO I GET WITH MY ORDER? With an average weight of 1kg, each box contains between 30/40 tiger prawns. Whole and head on, they are individually quick frozen on the boats to ensure their freshness. Our Prawns are caught in the Eastern Central Atlantic Ocean (FAO 34.3.1) HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY WILD TIGER PRAWNS? You will receive one frozen box of wild tiger prawns delivered on ice pads. If you are not using the prawns straight away, store in the freezer. If you are, then you will need to thaw it in the fridge for at least 4 hours before cooking. PLEASE NOTE THAT WEIGHTS CAN VARY FROM BOX TO BOX, SO EXPECT A SLIGHT VARIATION ON THE NUMBER OF WILD TIGER PRAWNS YOUR GET.

“I ordered Sanlucar King Prawns for a gourmet paella/tapas menu for my birthday party and, following a delivery issue (which was dealt with quickly and effectively by Javier), they arrived packaged with care and still fully frozen. The outer shell is a little harder than most other king prawns but that means they retain more flavour and juiciness throughout the cooking process, be that grilling, pan-frying or baking on top of a paella. And on the subject of flavour and juiciness, these prawns were exquisite ... an intensely delicious seafood flavour and a juiciness that, up to now, I've only ever associated with lobster. I just know I'm going to develop a lifelong hankering for these!”
