Our cured wagyu beef from Santa Rosalia is one of the star products of our Spanish charcuterie range. Also known as Cecina in Spain, this product is obtained from premium cuts of wagyu beef that carry greater infiltration, which are then subject to a light salting and subsequent curing for at least 8 months. Our cured wagyu beef comes in a well-presented cardboard sleeve, packaged in protected atmosphere, in thin slices ready to eat, with an approximate weight of 90g. We recommend opening the pack 30 minutes before consumption and placing it on a tempered plate so that it melts slightly and opens all the rich and sweet flavours this premium cured wagyu beef offers.
