Morcilla de Burgos is a popular Spanish black pudding from Burgos in northern Spain. Originally, rice was added to bulk out the sausage, but its unique flavor became a signature dish. There are black puddings and then there is Morcilla de Burgos Rios. A great product that is shown even better when used in Javier’s recipe with quail eggs and peppers. Definitely recommended and Basco always take care that their foodstuffs are well wrapped for transit.
