It makes the perfect addition to a charcuterie board and is a must-have at any dinner party or christmas table.Mousse foie gras is fully cooked and ready-to-eat. We use nothing but duck foie gras, black truffle and port wine for a luxurious taste, salt and sugar in our recipe, and the unique foie gras flavour comes through in every creamy bite.We recommend bringing the mousse to room temperature for 5 to 20 minutes before consumption, to emphasise its taste at its best. To serve, it is best to open the two lids and push one side to extract the entire mousse onto a plate. Once opened, cut into thin slices. To do this, use a sharp knife, previously passed through hot water. You can also use a cheese wire. Serve the mousse on toasted bread with your choice of complements.
