The secret to its signature taste lies in the premium quality Spanish paprika used. This versatile ingredient comes with a three-month shelf life and is perfect for various cooking methods. Its vibrant color, soft texture, and spicy, aromatic taste are reminiscent of the traditional Riojan Chorizo, which was originally produced in the mountain valleys of La Rioja due to the ideal curing conditions. Since 1990, Riojan Chorizo has held the I.G.P. accreditation to protect its production.
