“These are self-assembly and were understood to be easy to erect, however, they are not. The parts were of good quality however the instructions and method required to assemble them were not. The tool used to tighten the screws was inadequate.. The seat needs to be attached to the chair legs, however, there is no easy way and I am fearful that i may damage it... I would not have purchased them if I had known and the shop should have warned me.”

“The chairs are lovely now. But I had to ask my son to come and build them. We didn't realise they would be like a flat pack kit. Not what we were expecting for the price paid and the time we waited for delivery (order in May not delivered until December)”
