“The first two chairs we ordered were damaged badly when we unwrapped them. They were taken away and new chairs were delivered 9days later. We thought we would have received the replacements quicker considering how badly damaged they were.”
“Everything about these chairs is fabulous except the fact the slightest touch marks them! We obviously ordered these for family get togethers and large gatherings but they have failed us on this level. They look awful. I did approach you over this but was fobbed off, in no uncertain terms, and told to find myself a French polisher! After paying all that money for these that wasn’t an option.”
