“This sofa is so comfortable, we are really enjoying it. I love the style - it's a really beautifully designed, the arms are slender (the legs too) meaning there is a lot of space to sit, but it takes up less space than our previous sofa. I think the only thing I'm a bit disappointed with is that the cushions are fixed and can't be plumped easily, it is a leather sofa, and they are always full of character but the seat cushions are a little saggy after just a few weeks”
“Acacia is nice and comfy and the leather is soft but good. It has a pleasing mid century look but goes with lots of our furniture. Our first Acacia sofa suffered an arm padding fault and we must say that the customer service from Barker & Stonehouse was very good. They tried to resolve the sagging arm problem, and when they could not, they just replaced the sofa with no quibble. It cost us nearly £2k so this is what we want. The new sofa seems better. If I could improve the Acacia, it would be to make the seat and back cushions non-fixed so they could be moved and turned and also to make the base cushions a little firmer. If it had this it would be five stars. Overall very helpful shop/company who have tried to make our experience as seamless as possible so far. Will buy from them again.”
