“I only give it 1 star because it wouldn't let me enter 0, as it took months to deliver and then arrived damaged. Customer service was beyond useless and it took ages to sort out a return and refund. Never again will I use Barker & Stonehouse.”
“Very disappointed with my purchase Opal chairs on arrival package very good beautiful upholstery unfortunately all the chair frames where very tarnished would not recommend these chairs however Barker &Stonehouse offered me a great discount this has paid for a professional service to clean the chair frames sorry but this is not what I expected from a high end retailer”
“I'm so unhappy with the service & sofa I bought from barker & stone house, you think you buy quality when you buy from you & I have had the absolute opposite, faulty sofa on delivery, had to wait 6 weeks for repair guy who didn't repair properly, waited another 6 weeks later,for him to come back & still I have the the worst sofa, looks like I've had it for 20 years, so disappointing when I've spent alot of money my sofa, not enough foam in my sofa making it look like I've had it for along time .. worst buy I have ever made especially when I've saved hard to get a new sofa .. so sad & disappointing”
“Im happy that I was still able to get replacement drawer runners but the quality of the product is very poor compared to others I can buy from screwfix for a cheaper price. I had to buy from yourselves because of the size to go with the drawer. When selling a nice set of wardrobes I would have thought the quality of the working parts would be better”
