Couldn't believe our luck when we were able to order a new side panel for our wardrobe that got damaged when we had a big leak! Really easy to organise with the team. Can absolutely reccommend.

The purchase of my sofa has been a disaster from beginning to end. It came with the wrong cushion inserts, which have taken more than eight months and numerous failed visits, to have them replaced. I am still waiting and have recently received an email saying that it will be another 6 weeks until the replacement cushion inserts will be delivered. I also had an issue with glue residue on the sofa base, which also took 6 months to rectify. I feel I should receive compensation for the issues I have endured with this sofa, which was very expensive, but not even an apology has been forthcoming. Extremely disappointed in the product and the service I have received.

Bought the sofa in 2023 - so far had the same part changed twice. As the "foam" has to come from abroad have to wait 4 months inbetween reporting and getting it rectified. Rectified thing same twice by doing the same thing (maybe expecting a different outcome this time) - just waiting for 3rd time to report (even engineers state it will go again). Find the people we speak to off hand as if its my problem and very abrupt. Not happy with Barker and Stonehouse - definaltey expected more from them.

Further to delivery of our Ercol sofa, the delivery team identified 2 faults that they reported immediately to the customer service department. It took at least 3 months and numerous chase up calls from our side to resolve the problems. Absolutely no initiation from Barker and Stonehouse to close out the problems with on one occasion replacement item’s delivered direct from the supplier without any notice or follow up from the customer service team. I subsequently opted to fit the replacement/missing items myself as I had no confidence on Barker and Stonehouse customer services managing the completion without further disruption to ourselves. Given at this time we had purchased numerous items circa £10,000 the sales team were excellent and professional but once the sales are made the ongoing support was poor.

Part arrived damaged, so my sofa is still not fixed. I’ve had a broken sofa since September and it’s now mid-Feb.

Really disappointed with this sofa and the way it has worn. Took us a long time to save to buy this and it looks dreadful. The seats went saggy within weeks. Complained and eventually after a lot of hard work was offered a replacement. Unfortunately same thing has happened again. I won’t be buying from you again! Feel I wasted my money.
