Dropped a star only because it was sent to me and only then a fitter ordered to attach it to the legs, whereas it would have been better if the fitter brought it. “Absolutely Five Star. I brought a sofa over a year ago and had some issues with the arm structure, I was offered a repair, and a new cushion was also ordered. Unfortunately the repair did not last until the new cushion arrived. After consultation with B&S at which I was offered a more comprehensive repair or full monies paid against a new sofa, or a full refund, I took the option of a new sofa. Delivery was before original date offered and old sofa taken away. At all times my conversations were dealt with exactly as I would have hoped and I cannot praise their customer service enough.
