“Advised of a small scratch in the leather of a footstool, prior to delivery, a full replacement of the leather part was arranged. Dropped a star only because it was sent to me and only then a fitter ordered to attach it to the legs, whereas it would have been better if the fitter brought it. The fitter was thorough, professional and friendly.”

“Absolutely Five Star. I brought a sofa over a year ago and had some issues with the arm structure, I was offered a repair, and a new cushion was also ordered. Unfortunately the repair did not last until the new cushion arrived. After consultation with B&S at which I was offered a more comprehensive repair or full monies paid against a new sofa, or a full refund, I took the option of a new sofa. Delivery was before original date offered and old sofa taken away. At all times my conversations were dealt with exactly as I would have hoped and I cannot praise their customer service enough. This is exactly how all purchases should be. Well done Barker and Stonehouse, I know where I will shop for any future items I want and who I will recommend to my friends”
“After a second visit, after a wait for another hand held remote to arrive, the engineer finally remedied the problem. However, I will need to make another call as there seems to be yet another problem. Once the chair has been on and working for one or two cycles the remote starts to flash and the only way to continue to use it is to switch off at the wall, wait 5 minutes and turn back on. Not ideal.”
“We took delivery of 2 Leather Settees - unfortunately they wouldn't go through the doors - the delivery lads were absolutely brilliant they arranged for someone to come and take the arms off them and they got the settees in - also someone came the next day to replace the covers on the underside of the settees.
Great service would recommend Barker and Stonehouse to everyone - a little bit more expensive but well worth it”
