“Order for 8 dining chairs and 4 barstools to work as a co-ordinated set was placed in August. The first chair arrived in Sept, the last chair arrived in November resulting in storage issues and inconvenience. If they'd all landed as a set in Nov I wouldn't have been too bothered but coming as individual items including the inconvenience of having to stay in on the delivery day was a pain in the you know what. Next time I'll just buy them direct from China myself and save all the hassle.”
“Chairs are great, however delivery was a nightmare, set of two arrived on a Friday which I wasn’t expecting as not on tracking, we were just on our way out so luckily took delivery. I called customer services they told me rest should be with me on the following Monday according to the tracking, two arrived on the Saturday then a further two on the Sunday, again we were just on our way out”
“Dining chair is great! Customer service awful “We’ll find out and call you back” 3 times and never did as was DPD delivery who dropped one item out the van “Oops I think I’ve broken something”. They mislaid the other item then left it outside in the rain despite delivery instructions and 3 posters up saying please leave in porch!”
