“The chairs are of good quality and comfortable. They were packed well and easily assembled. We are very pleased indeed with them.
The lady with whom I spoke at Barker and Stonehouse (Customer Care) was excellent and went out of her way to be helpful but the distributor, with whom we had placed the order (Fenwicks), were very poor. Their customer service people gave misleading information and clearly had little idea what was happening in regard to the delivery, blaming me for not having read their website when, in actual fact, it had been changed since I placed the order.
Please think about changing through whom you are selling, as your product is excellent, as too was your member of staff whose name, unfortunately, I have misplaced.”
