“Pretty poor ordering experience with Barker & Stonehouse, from placing it I got one order confirmation email and then nothing for 3 weeks, despite chasing them, until I got a message from the delivery company saying they would be delivering it that day.
Compare this with M&S who sent me regular updates for a table and allowed me to pick the delivery date, and messaged me nearly every day to remind me it was coming.
In terms of the quality, one of the two chairs has some unusual marks on the base of the seat, have decided to lie with it as you can't see them when you sit on it.”
