“Wouldn’t know if these chairs are any good as I never got them. Delivered earlier than expected so no one there ( new house ) to be returned to the warehouse for delivery when moved in, but they list them. Now wants a 10 week lead time. If I could give you zero stars I would.”

“Difficult to give a star review as really like the product but if there are any issues after sales are unhelpful and we felt we were a nuisance to them. Five chairs delivered out of six in February. One faulty. Rather than deliver the sixth chair I think they maybe waited until they ordered the missing chair as it was end of June when we finally took delivery of our full order having purchased a folding chair. They eventually reluctantly agreed a goodwill payment after we chased it and agreed we could retain the faulty chair. But on delivery day reneged and took the chair back. Said they would contact us but again we contacted them and they did not understand the word retain thought it meant return so that is the end of that!
