“We found our perfect sofa as soon as we walked into the Barker and Stonehouse showroom. The colour caught our eye straight away and the second we sat on it we knew it was the one for us. In short, this is the comfiest sofa we have ever known. 10 weeks later upon delivery unfortunately the wrong colour poof arrived, it was green! We are currently waiting on our poof that we originally ordered. However, Barker and Stonehouse customer services are outstanding and apologised on several occasions. There is no waiting on hold to talk to someone on the phone, the agents on the phone are lovely and absolutely nothing is an issue when you ring them. So we don’t mind in the slightest waiting for our new poof to arrive. So despite the slight delivery issue I would not hesitate to recommend this sofa and the company as how we have been dealt with this whole journey has been amazing.
