“We've bought 6 chairs. The quality is inconsistent, but that is probably expected because it is a replica of the original CH24 Wishbone chair. Attention to detail such as remains of glue or tightly and uniformly woven seats was not a priority for these chairs.
The problem however lies with the condition in which chairs have arrived. Two out of 6 chairs were scratched, and one was with a dirty seat. When pointed it to the delivery guy, they made a photo and told us that someone will contact us about that. One month in and no one contacted us so far.”
“The chairs are great but I had to have 4 chairs replaced over 4 delivery visits due to scratches, splits in the wood and general marks on the chairs.
The quality control has a lot to be desired.
Disappointed in the quality control but very pleased with the product now I have undamaged chairs.”
