“Beautiful and stylish chairs. One star knocked off as every chair had some sort of damage on it. Mostly on the back of the legs but also on other parts of the frame. I spoke to customer services and they could not have been more helpful. I was offered a new set or a refund of some of the purchase price to allow them to be repainted where it was needed. I accepted this and have had the work done and they are great. I would use this company again based on this experience.”
“The chairs themselves look lovely. Fit the colour scheme and style of my dining area perfectly.
The quality control however was lacking. The first delivery of 4 chairs saw one returned for a massive paint chip on the back and on both the front legs, and another returned as the wooden frame of the seat wasn't connected to the back so flopped around.
These two were both replaced within a few weeks. One of the replacements had the same issue with the front of the legs with paint scraped off. It looked like they'd been dragged along the floor in the factory. I ended up keeping it as I couldn't be bothered with the hassle and coloured the marks in with a Sharpie pen.
Really wasn't impressed with what I thought was a premium brand. The customer service was fine and got the issues sorted quickly, however to have had to contact them twice wasn't what I had in mind.”

“We bought 6 wishbone chairs and four of them have had issues. One broke within a few weeks and the other three, the join where the middle spine of the chair ( tenon joint )meets the seat hadn't been glued and thefore comes out . Although B& S dealt with it efficiently and replaced without question, i still had to wait in for replacements or go to branch to pick up two separate times, with no thought of any compensation. Considering we spent over £600 on chairs i am very disappointed ,will wait and see if they last .....shame as i love the chairs !”
