A deadly Alien stalks the crew of the commercial starship NOSTROMO while they struggle to survive! In this fully cooperative strategy game based on the 1979 film, players work together to move through the ship, gather supplies, and craft items. Crew members must tread carefully as they work through different missions - the ALIEN could be just around the corner. To win, crew members must complete their starting objectives and one of five final missions. Crew members lose if their morale reaches zero, signaling that the crew has lost hope, or if the Nostromo self-destructs. Contains: 1x Nostromo Game Board, 5x Crew Placards, 5x Crew Figures, 1x Alien Figure, 1x Morale Tracker and Base, 46x Cards, 55x Tokens, 1x Self Destruct Track and 1x Ash...

Excellent game. Anyone who has played Zombicide will notice some of its DNA in this game. Alien is mission oriented: players must collaborate to complete missions (manufacture X item and take it to Y room). The Alien figure stalks the players, in most turns advancing a random numebr of spaces towards the nearest. There is no player elimination (unlike the film!): instead, encountering the Alien triggers the loss of a certain number of morale points. Lose enough, and the crew fail. Once the initial missions are completed, one of a number of random finales is put in place, which the crew must work together to complete and beat the Alien. For those who want a harder game, the android Ash can be introduced: like the Alien, he stalks the crew, seeking to disrupt their efforts to defeat the Alien. Very much recommended: my school wargaming group (c.13-14-year-olds) were sqealing with delight as they played.

Really fun game, has some nice depth to it but isn’t hard to learn. A great gift for any fan of the Alien franchise

For the price, an amazing deal. It's essentially a sort of "Nemesis Light" in co-op mode. It is tense, it requires planning and doesn't overstay its welcome. With actual decent crew minis this is indeed a Max Bargain deal :)

Quite a light game, but great theme and minis. Bargain price here though so had to be purchased. Has a advanced solo mode on bgg.

Really fun little co-op game. There's lots of strategy and fun debates about what to do.
