“The best gardening shoes. The chunky tread soles are good for working in my sloping garden. I have an old pair I use indoors for decorating, and a new pair for the garden and for going out to the bins. The slightly higher back at the heal is an improvement. Great selection of designs but the nuts and bolts remains my favourite. I take women's size 8 (41) but one swollen foot; UK9 roomy but fine for me and added an extra insole in one shoe. I used to slip on my husband's size EU44.”
