Dear Kate, We’re sorry you were not able to award us our 5 stars this time . As a rule our sizing is accurate as you’ll see from 1000’s of 5 star reviews we have gained. There are rare occasions when clogs may be mis-sized and I think this may be one of them. They are made however to fit in a relaxed way and sometimes are not suited to those with a narrow foot or low instep. In any case, we don’t want you to be out of pocket for postage where you feel we were at fault. We’re always happy to talk on the phone, answer emails or chat on our chat lines. We want everyone to have the best experience they can. FYI We do stock extra thick insoles for those with slimmer feet as recommended on the website. I will arrange for a credit gift card to be sent as a gesture of goodwill for any future purchases. Kind regards Stephen
