“The first two pairs of your shoes were brilliant but the design of both the shoe and the footbed appear to have changed for the worst. The shape of the shoe appears to be narrower at the front, the opening is higher, and the y squeak when I walk. The footbed material has changed, and they don’t fit snugly inside the shoe, which makes the wearing uncomfortable. It’s a big shame because I really liked the first two pairs.”
