“So disappointing. My son loves my clogs so I bought him these but the chunky tread makes them wobbly and dangerous. His ‘garden’ is a London terrace down some steps and they just don’t work in that situation.”

Hi Marian, We see that you have given 5stars for your own backdoorshoes so we are delighted with that. We always aim for 5 stars. Very sorry to hear that the chunky tread don’t suit your son. It is the first time we’ve heard that they are wobbly as they are designed for comfort and stability. There is no problem to send them back for a full refund Our clogs are quite different from other brands and it does usually take a couple of days to get familiar with the extra support they offer.
