“When I received my order of the Autumn Leaves clogs (Size 38) the pair was miss matched. What I got was one size 38 and one 39. I contacted the customer service via email and got a reply within 2 hours. I had suggested returning them, but Stephen said that I could keep them and he would send out another pair. I received them within 48 hours. Excellent customer service. Excellent product!”
