“This was a present for a first baby of friends. I had sheepskins for both my boys to sleep on 30 years ago and swear by them . They are warm, natural and safe (my first son was a front sleeper) and give a marvellous sense of continuity to babies and toddlers when transferring from cot/pram/bigger cot.
Needless to say, both baby and parents are very happy.”

Unfortunately I found the quality poor and fur looks matted & thin, not sure how cosy it would be. The fit looks good but I will be purchasing a more plush one elsewhere.”
We are so sorry you are not 100% happy with your Heitmann Felle bassinet liner. The Heitmann liners are made from patchwork sheepskin sewn together which is perhaps why you feel it isn’t quite as plush as you would like. This is also reflected in the price of the Heitmann liner. Our own Baa Baby bassinet liner is handcut from a single fleece (no stitching at all) and the texture and plushness is much more luxurious. We would be more than happy to organise a return and refund or exchange towards the Baa Baby bassinet liner. Another option might be a Baa Baby pram liner which would transfer to the pram seat (and just tuck around the carrycot mattress) so whilst more of an investment would be more luxurious and last longer. Do let us know if we can do anything to help resolve this for you - and happy to forward on some videos and close ups of the different sheepskin textures. The last thing we want is a customer who isn’t delighted with their purchase .
