We are so sorry you are disappointed with the Bowron sheepskin rug. All of the lambskins are unique and will differ slightly and Bowron sheepskins can be toned slightly deeper after tanning. We will of course follow this up directly with Bowron and check the sheepskin rug carefully when it comes back to us - customer satisfaction is our absolute priority and we take your feedback really seriously. If a customer isn't 100% happy then we feel we have failed and we do everything we can to resolve this. If there is anything we can help with in terms of advice around the differences in brands of sheepskin or checking individual fleeces for the 'best fit' around your needs we will always do so.
