“I originally purchase a baby rug. We felt the pram liner would be of more use. The company agreed to change it and we posted the rug back. Unfortunately this has been lost and we are chasing the RM. so we then purchased the pram liner in the hope the parcel will actually get back to them in due course. It is a lot of money to loose. Baa baby have been very responsive to our mails but we feel very upset about the situation. However I highly recommend their products and would use them again.”
