“Unfortunately, I bought this before lockdown was announced. Also, Royal Mail failed a redelivery due to arrive on my anniversary ready to give to my better half and then just left it on the shelf. When I could collect it, the presentation box is beautiful and the cards inside are stiff and well printed.
As we are in lockdown, we only opened one and will wait until it’s lifted before we open any more. The problems listed above are not Kate & John’s fault, but if Royal Mail are going to repeat this with other customers, it might be worth using a different carrier.
When I did contact them to see if they could chase the parcel, they responded very quickly so I would say they do prioritise good customer service. My husband and I are really looking forward to opening some more envelopes and using them to create experiences which we will photograph and stick into the very good quality book of dreams that comes with it.
Problems listed notwithstanding, I am very pleased with my purchase.”
