“Recently used the Avaris mountain bike to go on rides with my husband, who is a keen cyclist and has a ridiculously expensive bike. I thought I’d start with electric and with a mid-range model in the Avaris.
Must say I have been very impressed; the assist takes away all parts of cycling that aren’t fun i.e. hills and getting too tired and also means I can go much further and ride for much longer whilst likely doing more exercise. Been heading to the Peak District often. Brilliant bike, 5 stars!”
“I’ve been really enjoying the Avaris Odysey bike roaming the hills in my area and I took it to Antur in Wales where it handled the trials nicely. The battery has a massive range, and the assist gives you a big boost when needed. Great service and bike, would definitely recommend Avaris bikes”
“The bike is well made and sturdy, the riding is very smooth, and the assist is mighty and can give you a big boost going up hills. You rarely need the top assist level since the others are so powerful, but if you want to fly home after a tiring ride you can. Another advantage is the battery is removable, which wasn’t the case on my first eBike. The Avaris was a big step up but definitely worth it, excellent bike!”
“Did an awful lot of research for bikes and decided to go with the Avaris Odysey. This was definitely a good choice and value for money compared to other similar spec bikes. I’ve been loving going out on light trails on this bike, as a build up my trust and skills in mountain biking. it’s become my new trusty companion. Only problem is that’s it’s heavy, but it’s the price you pay for the powerful electric assistance.”
“No problems so far, fantastic bike. Taken the bike on quite a few trials now, plus been heading to my local forest regularly and taking on some big hills easily, which has been great fun and the bike has handled all very smoothly. Going to take it to the Lake District next month with a few friends on a little adventure cycling weekend.”
“An excellent bike, used it in the local Lancashire area and took it to Gisburn Forrest. Really powerful on the assist when you need it to be and handles very smoothly. Would have been initially put off by the price but looks to be decent value compared to similar bikes in the market”
