“This product is best left in the tool tray for show. I had to replace the original one that came with the car with the one I bought from you because it failed the first time I had to use it. The problem is that it seems to be made of fairly lightweight metal tubing. If the wheel nut is stiff and you extend the telescopic handle for extra leverage to undo it, it doesn’t have sufficient torsional strength and simply twists at the elbow. In future I’ll be carrying an additional heavier tyre wrench in the boot. This is of course the fault of the manufacturer, not your company..”
