“Hi a Jack mirrors look lovely glad I changed them wasn’t sure if I should’ve had carbon or gloss but talking to a few people I think carbon was the right choice. It was lovely meeting you and what I was impressed with was the fact that you consider customer service and if a customer is not happy you do things to help or give other options etc. Not a lot places consider customer service but I think that’s key. Times like this one needs to support small businesses and glad I came to you. I will definitely use you again. Thanks for a nice experience.”

“First of all, when I opened the box, one of the carbon mirror cap was scratched as you can see on the picture. Secondly, the fitting is not perfect, there is a play between the mirror cap and the base of the mirror. Alignements are also not perfect. Yes, of course it looks nice, but it's really expensive for the quality. Go for OEM carbon mirrors if you can.”

Regarding fitment, we work to ensure every product fits as perfectly as possible. With that being said, with aftermarket products not having access to OEM data, it's widely accepted for there to be tolerances in fitment. Sincerely,
