Hi Steve, thank you for taking your time to leave a review. All of our products are sold with a 3 month warranty so any unreasonable fault that occurs we will always endeavour to replace the item as soon as possible.  If you pop an email over to our customer service team, with some images of your brush, we can look at issuing a replacement for you.
