Good Afternoon Harry, Thank you for your review. I am extremely sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your Barrel Brush, and do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have had a look into this for you and can see that our customer service team did offer to replace the product for you, and also offered a free bottle of Tripple Polish to remove the scratches after speaking with one of our detailers. I do apologise that none of the solutions offered were suitable for you, however I can see the customer service team have tried to get this resolved for you. “Perfect for wheel cleaning and dirt easily washes out of the brush once finished”

“Not gonna lie, have to be careful using these on my mustangs wheels cause brush tip can get caught on the massive discs and pop off, leaving the sharp metal rod exposed. But take your time and the brush does a stellar job getting in the nooks and crannies, to get the wheels gleaming. My first one it popped off but AF were quick to exchange with a new one with no fuss and since knowing to be more delicate I’ve had no issues.”
