Hi Sharon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We're glad to hear that you have enjoyed using our Barrel Brush for the most part. Unfortunately because the bristles need to be able to get in and around you wheels they will flick some water out when being pulled out from your wheels because of the friction caused by that movement. We always recommend to clean your wheels first because of this, to ensure you avoid any water marks on your paintwork from the slight spray that happens whilst cleaning your wheels.
