“I purchased this kneeling pad as the original one only lasted a few months before going flat as a pancake, then AF tell me they only do a 3 month warranty. So thought the new ones were better and now they are very solid, just need something in the middle.”

Hi Matt, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the Kneeling Pad. I have had a look through your messages to our customer service team and unfortunately, we was unable to replace your original kneeling pad as it was bought in 2018. Since then, we have listened to our customer feedback and released our new and improved kneeling pads. These are slightly firmer than our original ones and much more durable. I do apologise that you feel this way about our new kneeling pad. They have been developed with the feedback from our customers in mind. “Definitely recommend, as a detailer I can say a kneeling pad is a must have. When spending time cleaning each wheel or maybe applying wax to your car, having a pad to kneel on makes the job so much easier.”
