“All round very good brushes and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the bristles however, I received the new design version and the blue plastic around the bristles has cracked :/ also note, let them dry very thoroughly as they absolutely stink otherwise”

“Received my parcel with the wrong brushes in it, I ordered Hog Hair Brushes, but they sent me an Upholstery brush, when I rang and told them they asked me to send a picture plus my information, which I did, on the 08/04/2021 to autofinesse .com it is now the 21/04/2021 and I still haven't heard back from them. Bad service, this is the first time I've ordered from Finesse I think it will be the last.”

Hey Sandra, Thank you for your review! I am sorry that you received the wrong brush and any inconvenience this may have caused. This is most definitely not the standards we expect from ourselves and is not common practice for Auto Finesse. I have searched all of the Auto Finesses mailboxes and cannot see that you have been in touch with us. “Great quality brushes but the packaging is now different (and frankly cheaper looking/feeling). Website photo needs updating to reflect new box design. A cost saving I guess but many won't care as long as the brushes perform.”
