Hey Jong, Thank you for the review! I have had a look into this for you and can see that we provided a resolution. We do apologise that we could not provide you with a refund to resolve your order issue. As your order was delivered to a UK address, we offered to re collect the items and provide a full refund as a solution but unfortunately, as you shipped them over to Korea, you did not want to ship them back to the UK for a refund. If your position changes and you wish to return them to the UK, a full refund will be reimbursed. If this does happen, please contact our customer service team at support@autofinesse.com and they will be able to resolve your issue. “Great little tool to pick up for my collection. After seeing my dad use this on his car to apply almost anything in the autofinesse range I knew I had to pick one up. For someone who had limited use of my hand this “handipuck” gave me the best results when applying tripple polish, any wax or even satin on my tyres!”
