“Ordered online great product when it arrived I put it away in the racking on my van. Bottle tipped over and the entire contents spilt everywhere. I picked it up and realised the top was not screwed on properly at all and was loose. Contacted customer services and was told in short it’s my fault and I should buy something to store products properly.. I’m a mobile valeter with racking built into my van.”

Hi Joel, Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed, this is certainly not how we want our customers to feel. I have had a look through the email thread you have had with our customer service team and can see that the damaged occurred after the parcel was unpackaged. As the parcel did arrive to you undamaged and the leak was cause by user error, due to company policy we were unable to replace the item for you. I can see that the customer service team advised storing the product in a dedicated upright storage area which would avoid this happening again. I hope this doesn't stop you from shopping with us again in the future. - Team AF :)

“Absolutely amazing I've seen the videos on this being used and tried it on my own car and has got all the dirt off stuck on my car, I'm deffinetly buying more auto finesse, so good to use would deffinetly reccomend. Keep making amazing stuff!!”
