“We purchased a family ticket, were lucky to have a nice day and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The kids loved the White Tower and the Crown Jewels, the wall walk was good too. We thought we would fill a few hours here, but ended up spending the whole day exploring all there is to offer.”

“I booked tickets for the Tower of London for my 2 sons and myself the night before the trip. There was some confusion as to whether my payment had been processed and I thought the worst. It was evening and therefore out of office hours I assumed I had no chance of speaking to anyone. Thankfully I couldn't have been more wrong. I spoke with someone straight away who assured me they would look into to it & get back to me and that's exactly what they did. They went through the payment with me and wished us a lovely day. Panic completely averted. I was very impressed.”
