“Booked this for five of us, as a surprise for my daughter's birthday. The confirmation stated that the company would contact us once we were in resort. However, I had to contact them. This was a little stressful as I wasn't sure what would happen. As it was, it was fine and the company spoke good English. When we arrived at the dolphin site, we were asked to pay more money for a catamaran trip we were not expecting. While the trip was fun, the additional cost was upsetting, as we hadn't expected to have to pay more and didn't take much cash with us. There was a buffet lunch which was very pleasant and included soft drinks. Interaction with the dolphins was led by a charismatic guide and was very enjoyable. There were about 12 of us in the group and two dolphins. The session lasted about an hour. Then we fed manatees, these are great creatures. Photographs of the event were available, but they are VERY EXPENSIVE.”
