“We (two adults and 10 year old son), decided to go for a full day tour and it was so much better than we had anticipated. The guide Ancor and driver Sergio, were superb, The guide judged the amount of information gave perfectly We got to Mount Teide early and took one of the first cable cars to the top of Teide. , so had most of the trails to ourselves. We made 4 stops altogether, each one excellent. The lunch stop we had some excellent tapas, and we stopped again to see the pine trees in the cloud layer - stunning. This was the best excursion we took in Tenerife, and probably one of the best days out we have had on any holiday.”

“This trip was far better than the description. The guide (Ancor) and driver (Sergio) were excellent. My son (age 10) enjoyed the commentary as much as the sights. Mount Teide and the cable car trip was spectacular as expected, but we were surprised how much we enjoyed the other stopping off points. A great day out”

“Relaxing way to see Mount Teide and the island of Tenerife. You forget that the island has it's own unique culture outside of all the bars and night life. Our coach tour guide was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Saw some lovely local villages and stopped for an affordable lunch at a lovely restaurant. All the ingredients were locally sourced including the potatoes and fish. Would recommend for people who want to see more of the island than the hotel bar!”

“The best thing about the tour is that you get to see what the Island of Tenerife is like beyond the most touristy areas. Our coach driver was a laugh too, sharing his knowledge with us in a fun, engaging way. Recommended!”

“I booked this tour for me and my boyfriend for our holiday to Tenerife. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did, but it turned out to be one of my favourite parts of the holiday! The coach left Playa de las Americas at around 8.30am, then it took about 1 hour 15 minutes to reach Mount Teide. The journey there was really interesting (great views!) and our guide was very knowledgeable about the local area. We decided to pay the extra to go up in the cable car and I'm so glad that we did as the views from the top were incredible! The bus journey home through the National Park was also really interesting, and there were plenty of stops for photos on the way. Overall a great trip - would definitely recommend! :)”

“Thought I bought tickets to go to the top of the mountain, turns out they only got me up half way to the bottom of the cable car run and had to pay an extra €27 to get to the top which we werent told about and only got about 20 minutes at the top. Nice views and place though. Whole trip was a bit rushed”

“As stated quite a good day out, as the guide under the circumstances was brilliant, named Peter, as whilst waiting for our Tour bus I had my wallet stolen, and only realised it was missing when we arrived at Teide, Fortunatly our guide lent us monies for a coffee and also contacted our Hotel to put a lock down on our room as there was a safe key in the stolen wallet”
