“We bought the full day tour online and was met by our friendly guide, Christian, at the designated pick up point at the agreed time. Christian immediately informed us that the cable car had been out of order on the previous couple of days but would confirm once the visitor centre opened. When we arrived it was clear that the cable car was again out of order and was very apologetic for this, although it was out of his control. We then carried on with the tour and throughout the whole tour Christian was very informative and really did know his stuff not just on mount tiede but about all of the canary islands too. He was also extremely friendly. We really enjoyed this trip and would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about doing this tour.”

“Bought the tickets for our family group of 13 people. Only to be told once aboard the coach that the cablecar was closed due to weather. Only reason for booking the all day teide trip was for the cablecar experience. If we had known before getting on the coach we would have declined the trip. We were left at a museum for 1 1/2 hours while the coach took others to the observatory. 8 hours being taught what the different rocks were! The tour guide was very passionate about Mount Teide! A very long and disappointing day. We did receive a refund for the cablecar cost.”

“I went with my partner and we had a fantastic time. The tour guide was very knowledgable and was very polite. The tour was just the right length of time and we were a small group of around 12 people. Would recommend this trip to anyone. The views are wonderful”

“From start to finish the service was fantastic, Timing was on point and meeting point was easy to get too. The tour guides knowledge was fabulous (Amen) the guide gave us knowledge and understanding of the visited areas .. He was great. I'm visiting the country again with my family and will be sure to be using the same company, ( and same guide)”

“Booked the ticket, arranged pick up from neighboring hotel, was looking forward for the trip; on the journey the bus started having problems like power failure, stopping many times going uphill, almost rolling backwoods while trying to change the gear...unsafe and very scary, not the type of bus you expect to see going 2,500 m high; also "free blanket" was never mentioned/supplied by the provider though stated as free gift in the ticket. The mountings view were fantastic, worth going, just with another provider.”

“I bought the tickets for my wife and I. We were met by Raquel and her driver in a luxury minibus to find we were the only passengers. This allowed a very personal tour and easily changeable itinerary as the Cable Car was undergoing maintenance at out departure time. Raquel brought us back to the cable Car after seeing some stunning scenery and explaining in excellent English about the geology and geography of Tenerife. The ride in the cable car up to near the top of Mount Teide is well worth the effort. If you suffer from any breathing or heart problems it is probably not for you. The views at the top are amazing. If you want an antidote to the bars and noise of parts of Tenerife this is it!”

“I bought tickets for me and my daughter to go to Teide. Firstly, when we saw the bus we were totally astonished: it looked so posh! I really loved the bus: very comfortable and new. The excursion was really nice, we learnt a lot about Teide and Tenerife. The views were amazing. ths bus stopped several times during our journey so that we could enjoy the views and take photos. It was good that our guide brough us the tickets to the top of Teide because there was a big queue. I particulary liked that after Teide we made a stop at some rocks (don't remember the name). It was absolutely stunning! However, there was 1 drawback. There were only 4 of us there: my daughter and I and a German couple. The guide was supposed to speak 2 languages: English with us and German with Germans. However. Rachel (the guide) the majority of the excursion conducted in German. At the stops she always was near the Germans. The excursion was almost all in German (which I don't understand). That made me really unwelcome and uncomfortable.”
