“I bought the buy one day get one day free passes. We only used the one day, as we were only in Spain for a 5 night stay. But I had the option of a second day if I had felt we needed it. The park is not huge, but it is good fun and plenty to do. Friendly and helpful staff. They even retrieved my shoe from a below ground maintenance pit when it accidentally fell off whilst getting off of a ride! All in all a great day was had by me and my 2 children aged 8 and 10 years.”

“Tickets purchased were for 1 day entry and food included at Terra Mitica theme park benidorm. There was an issue when we collected tickets and a massive dispute over the food vouchers we had pre paid for. The staff said that the offer was no longer valid and we were made to wait 15 mins until eventually we were given the food voucher whilst made to feel they were doin us a massive favour. The park was ok but there were several rides and attractions not open so we were not able to enjoy to full potential. Feedback for attractiontx would be to endure the staff at the park are aware of the current offers and no customers in future are made to feel like this.”
