“We purchased 3 ticket's for family trip to New York. Although it was handy having paid before going, so it was something less to carry cash round for . We did find it confusing. One of the reasons for purchasing the pass was of the so called fast track queuing, as I have mobility problems, at some attractions ie Statue of Liberty. We didn't see any other queuing options except for normal lines and there were never any staff till you had got to the front of the queue to ask. We queued normally at all the attractions so I would not recommend the system for quick queuing benefit. Also some of the instructions are vague as to what they covered as some attractions required extra payments which isn't made clear so I would say make sure you know is and isn't included with your ticket. Having said that it does keep you focused on what places to visit.”
