We brought our tickets in advance as having 2 autistic children our holidays are planned in advance to reduce anxiety. We were 1st in the queue to enter the park to be told our tickets weren't valid!.... after a lengthy conversation and proof the ticket money had gone out of my bank account, they told us to go to the back of the queue!.... We waited over 30 minutes and us chasing that they'd rang head office and all was fine. We were the allowed in. As you can appreciate this wasn't a good start and we entered with 2 angry, upset children. Once we got in and the children calmed down we had a fantastic day. Shame about the beginning.

Our family of 4 (children are 11 and 9) arrived at the park at 10:15am and didn't leave until 6pm! We were in awe of the dolphins and the orca's, watching both shows twice! This is definitely our thing, but this is by far the best park that we have ever been to. There are too many positives to list but there is more than enough to keep the children entertained for the day. With the 5 euros each that we received back as a voucher on the gate, the 4 of us eat lunch - choice of rolls, burgers etc, fries and a drink for only 10 euros. The negatives - not many really! The one criticism that I would give is the order of the shows - dolphin, orca's, sea lions etc. I felt these could have been in a better order as you seemed to walking from one show to another ( with just enough time to get there) walking past one of the other places on the way - there may be a specific reason for this - feed time, nap time??? but although I am putting this as a negative, it didn't detract from our enjoyment at all. Our favourite show was definitely the orca show - although be warned, if you sit in the splash zone, it is called that for a reason!!! Overall I found this provided good value for money and if you wanted to you can purchase another days ticket while in the park for a reduced rate. If I go back to Tenerife I will definitely be making a return visit.

A great day out. The animal enclosures were amazing and spacious, the shows brilliant, initially I thought it was expensive, worth every penny. Food and drink reasonably priced. A very enjoyable day!

I bought this as a duo for Loro Parque and Siam park. Was a fantastic day however the transfer was 2 hours there and the same back which we was not made aware off. It would have made our day much better if we was made aware of this before going on the trip. However the animals were amazing some of them ones me and my boyfriend hadn't seen before. Loved the shows with the water animals.

Purchased twin park tickets (Siam and Loro parque's) prior to our holiday to Tenerife and was astounded at the quality of the experience especially at Loro parque, never imagined such an eclectic array of not only different animals but the variety of habitats also. The deal we paid for came with the coach from playas des las Americas to Loro and back again and also a ten euro voucher per ticket which we used to buy lunch with and a coffee with the remaining later on. Especially liked the arctic penguin zone which had king penguins and the angentinian ones with funky eye brows. The park itself had a lot of info spread about about conservation and also quarantine zones and food prep areas that you could watch to some extent depending upon the time you got there. Siam park again was an amazing day out with the only exception in terms of negatives being sunglasses were not aloud on most of the rides or the beach pool where the event generator was. However that said the day was brilliant and our group had about a dozen or so people so we had a right laugh switching about with everyone on various rides. We did all the rides and most of them several times however there is only one ride you really cannot miss, which is the tower
