“I received e-mail to say due to work being carried out at the time of my visit , I was entitled to a full refund.....BOOKING REF>>>/1524332/HAWKE....I have asked for a refund, and not had any response to date....I am now back home with my unused tickets and would appreciate an early refund....”

“I bought tickets for Loro Parque for my friend and my self. Fantastic day from start to finish. The Parque was very clean and all the birds and animals were well looked after. Penguin land was out of this world so amazing to see these birds in as close to their natural environment as is possible. Would highly recommend it. The sea lion and dolphin shows were amazing. Was disappointed not to see the whale show as was closed for maintenance. All animals looked well cared for”

“The whole experience was amazing - we expected it would be good, but it far exceeded all our expectations. Our little grandson who is 3, just kept saying WOW all the time, especially when he saw the Orca whales. The dolphin show was spectacular as well. I wanted to see the while tigers as I had read about them from the conservation point of view and it was wonderful to see them. There were so many things to mention, but one other amazing place was the arctic area and seeing the emerald penguins standing there with the snow coming down on them - just like you see on the television. You need a whole day to see everything - we just about managed it and it was a fantastic day out.”
