“Bought two adult tickets for my partner and I (2 kids were free under 3) Great price @ 40% off and had the email straight away with a barcode I would need to present at a collection desk for the actual tickets - no problems so far. Went to the collection desk, presented the barcode but the advisor said they can't just scan the barcode, they need a hard copy of it and would need it forwarding by email to them so they can charge it back properly. With hardly any data coverage the email wouldn't send to them. We had to resort to me logging in to my email on one of their iPads, retrieving the email and forwarding while connected to their office wifi. All while its lashing down with rain and two impatient kids running round my feet. It just hasn't been thought about from a customer perspective and annoyed me when 11 other people collected theirs so easily in the time it took me to get mine.”

“Tickets were cheap but i decided to go on saturday and it was so busy there. It was crowded! There was at least 2 hours waiting for every ride. So didnt have a chance to do much only walking around because children are not very keen to wait in such a long queue.”

“This was a present for my daughter for her birthday. She had her leg in plaster at the time ( tickets bought before this happened). The staff couldn't help us enough with a wheelchair to get around. Fantastic day out .... Really impressed. Queues were quick with the longest wait being 40 minutes. Would recommend this as a good family day out!”

“I bought tickets through O2 priority which then forwarded me to Attractiontix.co.uk who i'd never heard of to purchase the 40% off tickets. I did this on the way to Alton Towers so wasn't able to print the tickets but had the PDF file with the e-ticket which I was told would be enough as there's a barcode on the ticket. Upon getting to the advance booking, I was told I needed to print the ticket out as the staff need the original copy, I told the girl on the gate that I was told it would be ok as I had the e-ticket and barcode and she said she'd need to find out, she asked me to forward the email with the e-ticket to her email and she'll print it off for their records. I don't think I'd use attractiontix again due to this error. However we did have a brilliant day at Alton Towers in the end.”
