“The Zoo is fabulous we had a brilliant day out. We all loved the butterfly house. The only problem was I bought 6 tickets. It was downloaded as one. 2 cars with 4 Adults went to walk in. I took my car inside the Zoo 2 Adults 2 children under 3 in my car. Nobody at the Zoo or ticket selling could tell us before leaving home how to get in with one printed ticket. We did get it sorted but after abit of stress”

“I brought thease tickets to use on Mother's Day, but unfortunately my daughter was ill, when I contacted the company, I found I was able to use the tickets any day throughout the year, very pleased and went on to enjoy the day!!”

“I haven't been yet but I've heard great things so I'm sure it will live up to expectations, my complaint is that when buying from this site you have to print out the ticket which I did not know when I booked (if I had known I would have used another site) but the info explaining this is hidden in a separate tab and not clearly displayed when booking. An E-ticket means electronic ticket so really I shouldn't have to print it out, so I suggest you change the name of the ticket to save other people having to rush around 7pm the night before going trying to find and Internet cafe.”
