“I purchased the tickets via the website all went well I received my confirmation email and a pdf attachment with the tickets. I was unable to open the pdf so I printed the receipt on arrival at the zoo I was informed that the receipt and confirmation was not valid as I had not booked via the zoos website so I had to pay again on the gate. I emailed customer service and explained I never received a response from them. Will not use them again”

“February was possibly the wrong time of the year to visit the zoo. Several species of animals were not there.lions,elephants.chimps and seals Some of those that were there were tucked up in their sleeping quarters and therefore difficult to observe.”
